Welcome to Hypothetical7.com!
The Hypothetical 7 is one of the oldest continuously-running improv troupes in the greater Kansas City area. It was formed in 1993 at the University of Kansas, under the direction of Matthew Reiss, under the name "Single White Males" (though that was not 100% the case). Over the years, more than forty players have passed through the Hypothetical hallowed halls, and alumni perform across the country, from Broadway to Chicago to Las Vegas. H7 has provided a chance for many new performers to get their feet wet, and has always focused on nurturing individual talents within the group milieu. In addition to improv games and scenes, H7's shows have often included live sketches and video shorts.

We've had another recent personnel change, with Nifer Honeycutt pursuing other ventures and adventures (at least for now).

Taking over the position of Director will be second-generation H7'er
Nathan Grover Rushmore Spurgin. His agent... er, father Dan Spurgin has informed us that young Nate will attend rehearsals and shows "when he's good and ready, and not a moment before." You'd think he was a newborn infant or something...
